Known as a Buck Anchor, this anchor has the corrugated ends to lay in a mortar joint for a little extra grab.  Typically made out of Stainless Steel or Galvanized, the end of this anchor has around 2 – 3 inches that are corrugated.  The vertical leg of this anchor has a hole in it for fastening. This is the more widely used stone anchor compared to the same stone anchor without the hole.
