This style stone anchor is designed to be fastened to a back up wall and have horizontal spacing. There is a up leg at the end of the anchor to be fit into the kerf at in the bottom of the stone.  This stone anchor can be manufactured in Stainless Steel or Galvanized based on customer specs.
